CanadaArrived Damaged
Set arrived damaged. I sent pictures and was told a new set would be sent out. I had to confirm address which I did and haven’t heard anything back. I did have several emails returned, so I had to write a separate email every time instead of a reply to the direct email. If that makes sense? CanadaOrder Experience
I recently browsed the products on your website and was impressed, which led me to purchase a wisdom collection. I expected to receive my order within a month, considering I live on the West Coast. Unfortunately, I have not yet received any of my items, nor have I received a tracking number. I only have my order number. I contacted the email help@alabasterco.ca but I haven't got any response. I would really appreciate if there's any updates regarding my order status.
