Product is as described. The photos chosen are beautiful, and my sister and I are enjoying them during our devotions. I just wish they weren’t so expensive, otherwise I would be buying the other ones.

Illustrations mislead

Brian The illustrations led me to order a $200 selection of your books. We had no idea that the translation was not acceptable. Since you do not accept Canadian returns we must consider this purchase a bad investment.

Arrived Damaged

Set arrived damaged. I sent pictures and was told a new set would be sent out. I had to confirm address which I did and haven’t heard anything back. I did have several emails returned, so I had to write a separate email every time instead of a reply to the direct email. If that makes sense? Order Experience

I recently browsed the products on your website and was impressed, which led me to purchase a wisdom collection. I expected to receive my order within a month, considering I live on the West Coast. Unfortunately, I have not yet received any of my items, nor have I received a tracking number. I only have my order number. I contacted the email help@alabasterco.ca but I haven't got any response. I would really appreciate if there's any updates regarding my order status.
